HOWEVER, I have a thing for quality control and there is little point in releasing something that is not quite ready for public consumption yet. We're well aware of a certain thread on a certain forum where every couple hours someone posts the SAME questions and gets their post deleted. I want to avoid that, and the support nightmare that will inevitably come with it, by simply not releasing half-baked stuff.
It will be released in due time. Also, the original plan was (is) that the sources + binaries will be released based on a bounty system. When the bounty pot is opened, people donate and when it reaches some disclosed value, everything will be put online. That's also why I am not accepting any donations until I am convinced that the drivers really are ready for public use.
I've not yet decided whether to go ahead with the bounty system or just release the whole thing and hope people donate enough afterwards to cover the cost of development. More details on that in a future post. Now is not the time to discuss these as development is still in heavily progress.
Good.
I supposed at least we know that behind this.
I appreciate that not everyone in the community of Hackintosh act like that.
One more reason to admire his genius and Eugenie Gavrilov KX drivers expanded the functionality of the chip EMU10K1.
Besides Michael Tippach their drivers Asio4all generic and universal.
PS: Many may have helped.
I do not like these things.
I'm choosing a leopard compatible mini card for less than 40u$s
Bye man...
Last week a friend offered to buy my laptop but I am still rooting for this project simply because my next purchase will likely has an Intel card.
